tribute points, how to have a lot?

could someone tell me how to add many tribute points by the text files in bw2 directory. i guess i have to go to my profile to do this but i already search everything and found nothing. plz help. i really want all buildings from the beginning including the wonders

There is a mod to do that, but you'll need to restart the game for it take effect.
