Strange Hand (Neutral) - Well this is a strange one... Hence the title.

Well this is a strange one... Hence the title. I just mixed up a whole bunch of effects, and ended up with this. At first I was going to throw it away, but I found that it has an artistic look at it on second glance. It works well with a Mandrill creature or an undead theme.
