saw something i've never seen the other day on CI

when i took the Tibetan village they all ran over to the wonder and started dancing around it like it was an artifact, it only lasted a few minutes and nothing
happened or anything they just stopped and went on with there lives. has anyone else seen that too or just me?
 
Villagers always danced around wonders when the towns changed allegiance in BW1, so I imagine the same is so of CI. They also dance around freshly-built buildings.
