Hey all,
I am encountering a frustrating issue while trying to install the latest patch/update for the game. Every time I attempt to update, I'm consistently facing a failure message and I am at a loss for what steps to take next.
Here is a detailed rundown of what is been happening;
Error Message: Update Failed
Platform: PC
What steps did I follow Restarting both the game client and my System (PC) & verifying my internet connection is stable and fast enough for downloads. Attempted to manually download the update from the official website, but encountered the same error & follow these steps Troubleshooting Steps Taken, I have followed the troubleshooting guide provided on the https://forum.bwgame.net/threads/running-black-white-on-windows-10.7916learn-mulesoft forums, but none of the solutions seem to resolve the issue.
