Norton is interefereing with my game....

OK, running XP, playing B&W patch 1.1 quite happy.

back up all is well for a iminent C format.

re install all and B&W backs up perfect all is good.

Oh look my Norton Anti Virus havn't seen that for ages, good! in it goes, works a treat.

B&W will no longer load up.

Looked at the exheptions and all that tried the re install and all, all I can think is that somehow Norton won't let it play, any thoughts please?
 
i'm with Orkin, try disabling it and see if the game will load.

Maybe try the V1.20 patch first. But if it did run before, it should run now.

I stopped using NAV quite a few years ago on account of all the problems it's capable of.
