No saves are getting saved xD

Hi guys i have a problem. My wife is playing with the patch 1.42 and has the problems the games she is saving arent getting saved.
The next day when she started the game again the saves are not their anymore.

Has anyone a idea what we can do?

This are some screens how it looks in her game right now whe nshe tries to load a played game.
She safed it automatically from the system and she did it hereself

You have to install the game outside the Program Files folder.
You can also try to run the exe. as administrator.
