Heh, I remember this game.  The guys on the B&W forums found it ages ago too.  Still as much fun now as it was then :laugh2 .

Best I got to was 223.  Guess I can't spank the monkey like I used to  :rolleyes  (Sorry, I couldn't help myself :laugh2 )

The trick is to quickly move the mouse off of the screen on the right side, and then go around it to return the mouse on the left side. You get over 300 mph every time.

Edit: I got 675 mph!
 
Ahh, so that's how it's done. That's no fun now. All you need to do is to bring the cursor back into the window somewhere around the monkey and you'll get a good score. And the speed of the cursor has no bearing on it.

Haven't gotten to 800 yet but 683 ain't bad for no effort. Just need to find the sweet spot. :D

not to sound n00bish but how did you get the picture of the score?

 
Press the Print Screen (Prt Scn) key on the top right of your keyboard.

It will save it to the clipboard so now open an imaging app like MS Paint (or PhotoShop if you have it) and then paste in the image (Ctrl + V).
 
Just press the Ctrl and Print Screen buttons at the same time.
It seems if you hit the monkey in different spots, the speed will change a bit.
