Have you tried a system restore?
I hope you've got proper backups or you might of lost your creature and your saved games also.
What you need to do is to go into the registry and to delete a key.
Start >> Run type in regedit Now look for the following key and delete it.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{E51B4CD9-A0A6-4324-B26A-31B3F2DE26CE}
Before deleteing it, Right click on My Computer in the left window, choose export to save a copy of the registry.
If you don't have backups, don't empty the recycle bin and I can help you to see if your creature hasn't been deleted yet
