Miracles at 99%?

I've taught my lion 'lightning bolt extreme', and he can cast it well. But the miracles scroll in the creature cave shows that he had just learnt 99% of it.. No matter how many times i cast it infront of him, it never gets to 100%!  :shocked

What do u all think?

Oh and one more thing... I installed the village banter add-on and it doesn't work. I have v1.3 on (and it says u must have v1.1 installed).. of course, I installed v1.1 first. So does it not work on v1.3?
 
Someone correct me if I'm wrong here, but isn't the 1.30 patch meant for using a glove to control the hand.  I'm surprised you're not experiencing other funny behavior in the game.  If the above is true, might I suggest backing up your game and doing a reinstall patching up to 1.20.

In any case, when you move onto the next land, your creature may be able to move up to 100%.  As I recall, the 1.10 patch does fix this, but this problem still may occur from time to time.  On a practical note though, if your creature can cast the miracle anyways, I wouldn't be too bothered.
 
For village banter, you need to be close to a house at dusk, I believe it was, and you might hear the villagers talking about things. Or maybe you.

Never really worked for me either.

As for patches. You shoould be using V1.20. It's the same as V1.10 but with addition bug fixes for Win XP. V1.30 should only be used if you've got the P-5 glove. Usually gives a missing dll error if you don't have the glove. We do have the patch uninstaller if you wish to uninstall the patches and re-patch.

Also, if you're not aware of it. The game is not saved in the tradtional manor. Some of the key information is kept in the window's registery. Ths means that if you uninstall the game and reinstall, all your progress will be lost. Use this to backup your creature and your profiles.

the miracles thing REALLY annoys me too =[ just the fact thats its not 100% lol. no matter how many times its cast he doesnt seem to see it.

Thanks for not spamming your post, I don't think there is really  problem  across the different forums except for the new people who don't realise that the active members are often on several sites  and it starts to annoy if you clone the same question to several  places without waiting  for an answer.
 
i have that problem too.... my ape can cast lightning bolt in battle but in the scroll it says 86%
i wonder why that happens
 
If it bothers you, then you can change your creature and then the new creature will learn the miracle 100%, then you can change to your old creature again.
