No, not for BW2 yet. :no 

All, you can do is replay the existing lands for now. There should be a skirmish mode soon as well as mapping and scripting tools.

what do you mean by replay the land... can i go back to the other land..? I mean can I switch land when I want?

The only way to do it right now is to go back to a saved game on a previous land. Or if you knew which save it is, there is a way to start a new profile there. But your creature will be at that level of knoledge/experiance that he was at that save.

I sure hope they come out soon, ive got real bored with the game. espicially as ive played the game through with all the race mods.  I hope they come out soon.

I've gone back to B&W1 while waiting at least there are maps I haven't played yet.
