How to get rid of the influence ring ?

I finally managed to create my own map on B&W 2 but the influence ring is spoiling everything... When you win a land in B&W2, the influence ring surrounding each villages magically disappear ! How can I remove those borders in a customized map ? I checked some scripts but I couldn't find anything... I also use a trainer that allows you to interact outside of the influence ring but that doesn't make it disappear...
 
'enable global influence' must be implemented through code.

I implemented the code then I compiled it but it has no impact when I start a new game

UPDATE : I just wrote it on the wrong line apparently
