how do u use skins?

How do you use skins, like where do you extract them to?

Normally, with most downloads, there's a readme.txt fle which will explain where to place the files.

Is this for BW1 or 2 for BW1 there's this FAQ

Um.. i used the readme. txt but the skin still didn't work
