Hand and camera movement

My movement in B&W2 is vastly different than B&W. B&W is smooth with no problems. In B&W2 the hand feels floaty/laggy (already done 125 polling rate, it fixed the initial mouse non-responsive issue). The zoom scrolling is also erratic, one small movement and it will zoom drastically. Is this how it just is in B&W2 or is there something I can do to fix this?

The mouse issue can be fixed by setting the sensitivity ingame 3 clicks above the center of the bar.

The zooming and camera movement is the way it is i'm affraid, you could set the camera sensitivity to it's lowest, but that's about it.
