error messege when i try to install black and white 2.

hello, i am trying to install black and white 2 on Windows 11. i have downloaded all the files from abandon-ware, i donwloaded the file marked as "ISO Version Europe", and i am following this tutorial.

but once it gets to the point of "preparing setup" i get this error message,

i cant find any solution to this online, and i cant find any more recent tutorials. does anyone know how to fix this or how else i can resolve it, i have tried re downloading the file but to no success, any help is much appreciated.

If there were multiple isos, try a different one like the US. Also I think this belongs in the technical help forum
