hi i have a ask jackmix69 has create a norse mod  :) and the norse people are in BWM files i want crate new villager and i need a programm to open and convert BWM file please  :help
.....and sorry for my bad one English i'm from german  :blush
 
oh sorry forget it  :D BWM B&W2 Model format. This format has no third party reader yet. ( only lion head knows how to read / create it )  :fixed but how can jackmix69 create the BWM files?  :help
 
All that Jackmix did was to swap the models between the two cultures.  He didn't create any new models.

If you're looking to create new villagers. You can edit the texure files, just not the model files.
 
The .bwm files are in the Data\art\models folder. But you can't edit or view those. You do need to unpack the everthing.stuff file first because that folder is bascaly empty.

Once you do get the files unpacked, what you looking for are the texture files since these can be edited and they are located in the Data\art\textures folder.
