Ok, so I was bored, I mean bored to actually do this but I did.
This is the file in you C:/Program Files\Lionhead Studios\Black & White 2\Data\Balance--> GameBalanceArtefact.. Which will alloy you to get Building + Miracles for 1k prayer.
Anyone could of done this but like I said I was bored. So the new folder which you can download here --> http://rapidshare.de/files/28003592/GameBalanceArtefact.txt.html can replace the old one just make sure TO BACK THE ORIGINAL incase you need it. After that start a new game and after a couple of silver and bronze scrolls you can buy all of them.

Sorry I didnt see the moding section it was pretty late when I posted so thanks. =)
 
Another thing I forgot while I was playing is that there we're a couple of things I didnt change for example the beach ball , vodoo doll, bath house and others, but they shouldn't be a problem you will have enough prayer points to buy them.
