it dont work!

how come whenever i click download this file it comes up with a grey screen with lots of blue writing and wen i click the writing nothing happens?!!?
 
im not the webby kinda guy so im not really sure what the problem might be

try refreshing ...

                                                                 
and it might be helpful to kays if he knows what section you were downloading from.....

though ive been dowloading this morning and not had much trouble...  :rolleyes
