insert correct cd rom

my game is being a big lump of crap when i start it up it says insert correct CD ROM when i have it in
i don't want a no CD patch because i cant put the mp3 addon on my game  :help :help :help :help plz :help

If pirated... Crack it..
How come you can't install the mp3 fix?
Are you sure you downloaded the right file?

Is your CD clean?

If it isn't try cleaning it with a mild soap (LCD cleaner should work) and a soft cloth wiping from the inside out or vice versa, but not in the direction of the tracks.

Have you tried installing the MP3 addon first and then appling the no cd patch?
