Can't install B&W Patch 1.2

I have problems to install the second patch for B&W...

Around 48% of the installation i get this message: Old File not found. However, a file of the same name was          found. No update done since file contents do not match.

And then this: Black and White could not be patched at this loaction.

I dont know what to do please help me fast...

My System: Win XP SP 1

HI.

Backup your profiles using BWBackup, uninstall the game, then re-install it, apply only the V1.20 patch and then restore your backup.

i can`t instal 1.20 patch because it says that i need to instal game but it installed??????

Is this a fresh install of the game?
