Cachex Q ?¿

Is there a way to set your game back to default, void of all effects cachex might have applied to it?  I thought maybe clicking "fix all levels" in bwedit2.0 would do it.. but i'm not positive.  I'd like to have it restored so I can go over and apply the changes i'd want, more carefully this time. I downloaded cachex+bwedit2.0 and pretty much just messed with everything to see what it'd do.  So i'm hoping bwedit2.0's "fix all changes" option helped.  But if "fix all changes" isn't the right way to go or if theres something else  I can do i'd like to know...
 
Backup your game using BWBackup, uninstall the game, re-install it, patch it and then restore your backup.
 
A backup will save your profile and progress in the game as well as your creature. Any changes made there can't be undone.
 
So would uninstalling and reinstalling the game undo the changes?  or will they still apply once i re-install?
 
I've never used the cheats, but from what I understand it mainly changes the game files. Which is why doing a complete reinstall is the best way to undo most of the changes it makes.
