BW2 BOTG win 7 does not launch at all

I tried running it in various compatibility modes(xp sp2/sp3 win2000) to no avail it did absolutely nothing.  I was able to following the sticky thread get the original version of the game to run with the patches and the fix.  Anyone know why I am having issue getting the expansion to run I've gotten the sense that it is supposed to work on win7 but I could be mistaken some people said it was compatible but no setting i've tried to run it has worked.  I've gotten no errors or anything the game just wont launch.

I haven't made a fix for BW2 BOTG yet sorry! I have free time next month to develop / publish it. These things are tedious and take time I'm afraid and I don't have a whole lot of that.

The BOG Standard  patched BOTG works  well for me.  I tried the "Fan Patch" broke my game. Vista/W8/8.1/10 all worked as standard for me.
