Black&white 1 Disc goes haywire

Black&white 1 Disc goes haywire  when i play the game and everytime the game does  stop for a while and then it start again and in all the time my disc is going haywire plz help i really loves the
game and i want to play without it stoping  and it did start when i did install the patches but it did work fine then but now the disc is going haywire

You don't / can't play with the disc properly on Windows 10, so be sure to copy your Audio folder over and install the 1.4 fan patch.

it is all fine now i did install 1.4 patch and that did fix it
