Found the issue. It was Khazar's demonic eye replacer. One I replaced the eye texture it would crash each time the monster died for some reason.

Dunno, if my game somehow got corrupted, but my creature suddenly fainted after somehow becoming 100% exhausted. And when it goes to disappear and reappear at my temple it crashes. Weird thing is no matter what save a load after 5s of running the creature collapses and then the game crashes...
