How would I edit the GameBalanceMiracles thingy so that I can make a wonder(the siren, for example) require very little charge?

See, the thing is, now, whenever put in disk 1, nothing happens. Really. Just nothing. It doesn't start installing at all.

Is it possible to get a creature to 100% size? Cuz my creature has been at 99% size for a looooong time now.

When I first installed Black & White 2, it was working normally, but when I chose a wolf as my creature, it suddenly turned into a lion on the third land( the level right after the Greek Capital is destroyed by the Aztecs). So I completely uninstalled the game and then tried to install it again...
