Perhaps you are thinking of the Dell Windows XP that will NOT run B&W, or much of anything.
The one mentioned in this topic is a different computer. :)
Oh, I know what those are (just didn't know that they were also called usb drives).
I have one of those, so I guess I will try to see if I can save the video to it, right?
Is it possible GallopRider meant something like this...
I don't actually know if I can save it to an exterior data device, so, yes, I was saving it to "Macintosh HD" as it is called, which is the equivalent of "(C:)" on Windows.
I have recorded B&W1 on the same hardrive, using QuickTime, without error (as can be seen the Requiem for B&W1 I did).
What...
I have tried going with both medium and high graphic settings (on B&W2) while recording with QuickTime in Black & White 2, however, QuickTime (player 10) continues with the same glitch:
Upon opening the saved video, after halting the recording, the video looks incredibly glitchy.
The problem is...
I have Hamachi for Mac, and I understand the bit about using Hamachi to create and join a "Network".
What I don't understand is how creating/joining affects the dead end menu "join online game".
Could somebody please give me a rundown on the steps required? :upside
This trick seems to work good for me, you will need hand forcing, heal, and a large platoon for this to work:
Damage (not kill) a bunch of your soldiers in the platoon, then heal, then repeat.
Also, taking a village through impressiveness gives you a lot of good points.

Er, I am afraid I cannot get to a chat screen. :(
I get to the "Find a Game On your Local Network" and that is it.... I cannot go on from there. No other computer shows up.
How does one get to the chat screen? ???
The Mac version's manual does not say anything about online. Perhaps this...
I decided to try this, and on the Mac version "Host Only" is not an option, the only options are "On your Local Network" or "On the Internet".
I tried "On your Local Network" and it gives me this, any thing I missed?

.txt and .lnd files.
You will need to remove the " copy" from the .lnd and .txt file's names for it to work in the basic game.

Wait a minute, I thought I tested it but, I did not! :p
I put in a leopard by mistake, not a tiger into the map I was testing the skin on. :sorry
So, uh, no, it did not work, because my hand goes through it and does not recognize it as a creature. :(

Gave it a try, it works. :) :
Might be helpful to others to include instructions in your "read me" about where to install the files.
Nice to see any new modding for B&W. :yourock:
Black and White: The Next Generation for NGC!?
They must come out with this now, because I play Game Cube and I want more Black & White!
I, also, did not know the PS1 could render something of such graphical intensiveness. ???
Really? :shocked Where, on Youtube?
What kind of Macintosh are you using?
Mac Mini, iMac, Mac Pro, MacBook?
Here there is a Mac Pro, so I do not dare play B&W2 without it. Because on Mac Mini it slows to a crawl, even at near minimum settings.
As for it working on Windows (7, or are you waiting for 8?) there are a few topics...
