I have managed to get it working by disabling my integrated graphics card. But now everything is handled by NVidia and then the whole laptop goes a bit choppy xD, I have to find a way to force NVidia for the BW game only

I've done everything I could I guess. All of the installation steps, all possible settings, clean installs, all patches, no patches, some patches, everything and still when I run it, I can run it and the game "runs" but it's all glitchy glitchy and I can't get rid of it. Anyone encountered this?
