nvm i found it i was just looking in the wrong spot

when i took the Tibetan village they all ran over to the wonder and started dancing around it like it was an artifact, it only lasted a few minutes and nothing happened or anything they just stopped and went on with there lives. has anyone else seen that too or just me?
