Hey there!
I looked at the Graphics.cfg and didn't find your card either. I can't recall if adding it manually does anything, but I might be wrong. Regardless, I'm not sure what the process is, I'm afraid :(
You could try setting all the 3's and 1's to 2's and 0's, maybe it'll use a different...
Interesting... you try removing the files in the place and see if the skin shows up as vanilla? also just incase try saving the game if you do that...although I don't think that should change anything. After that, try it again. Perhaps the game's reading wrong what it loads wrong? ???
Also...
Hey! Welcome to the forums.
How do you mean it has gone 'kaput'? Is it invisible or some other bizarre texture on the wolf? Did you unpack everything.stuff? Elaborate a bit more. Thanks :)
I'm sorry but that's REALLY ignorant to say... the creator, after all, has a life just like any of us. If you're not supporting him with helping with the mod, at least have some slack to give him support by respecting his productivity, 'slow' or not. After all, you're not the one making...
So you won't change that feature about them? I always found the skyscraper stacking a major dilemma but maybe that's just me ???
Regardless, as always, it's all looking incredible! Even though it's very little done so far, it's showing more promise as it keeps walking along the path to...
I see now. Thanks for the reply (the long read was very worth it, actually :laugh2)
Keep doing your thing, I think recognition may will come your way eventually :yes
That looks awesome, but I'm mixed up on what its purpose is ???
Is it to be implemented solemnly for the God AI? Or is it one of the features OGaM would possibly deliver to the player, as well? (In that case, normal 'pick-n-rotate' way the original game has would probably be better off than...
Yes it's fairly limited - very inconvenient. Perhaps now that the OGaM (team?) have returned to their previous work there may be changes and other useful things pertaining to enhancement of BW2 :yes
I believe what you're referring to is the infamous lag - when the game has a lot of things to process, especially a somewhat micro-managing thing like villagers, it starts to slow the process with which they all react because there are so many of them and each has to be 'given task' or whatever...
All this sounds incredible! You look like you know what you're doing. This has to spark a big interest in BW1 again...keep going, your stuff looks great. :D
What do you mean by 'control for your city'? Also shouldn't there be scripts to use those sirens, especially with a 'faction' that doesn't necessarily have any wonders to start with?
Sounds intriguing, how is the progress on that? How well does it work? I don't have BW1 but I'm certain a couple of people might take a peek if you've involved a bit more info :yes
Otherwise nice, good luck on this.
I tried it today - amazing! Great concept, but it seems a bit too extreme putting all the sirens in every corner... I haven't tried getting past the 1st one yet but I have a feeling it'll prove to be difficult hehe
Good job! But do ease a bit on the wonders...I think the balance files are...
