I was playing B&W today and found this guy dancing in the sea! He (oddly) isn't drowning. I can't pick him up either. I just thought it was funny to see him dancing and singing in the middle of the ocean like an idiot.

First a couple of things What OS are you using? Are you running Windows vista or higher? If so, you may need to run as administrator. >Right click the shortcut >Click "Run as Administrator" then try applying the settings again.
