I got mine used on Amazon for 11$ USD... I waited, and waited, and when a cheap one came up, I snatched the chance to buy it.  Umm, yay?

Darn. Beat me to the punch, Okapi!  Yep, it can only be 1 or 0.  1= on and 0=off.  I learned that from playing with .ini files from other games...  but yeah, Okapi explained that pretty well.......

I've used this download on 2 computers and haven't had an issue with either one.  But I'm sure one of the moderators and/or admins will look into it.

I never thought food piles were viable artifacts...  I just used those singing stones, since you can't bust 'em.

On Level 1, the creature mind tips don't work.  I think it's because the full AI for creatures is kinda held back in Level 1 so you can work more on learning the game.  Try a skirmish map and see if there's a difference.

I find it considerably easier to catch the fireballs when one is already being held.  I ended up saving the village on Level 4 like that!

Only after getting my influence expanded around both totems was I able to (with the help of my creature) raise them.  It might take a while, but try adding buildings to that little town on the cliffside. Good luck!
