The techs will most likely ask you to send a picture or two of the game disks, showing the code on the rim around the hole. If you have a digital camera you could already prepare for it. :)

Yeah... You might need to supply a photo or two of the game CDs so the tech knows you've got the originals and can figure out what sort of serial you need. :)

A crab might be a nice defensive creature, but somehow it makes me think that a well-trained creature would just dance around its attacks as one might imagine the heavy claws to be slow to use. Plus the sideways movement pattern might make things... interesting. :) I still think a cheetah would...
