I would uninstall and reinstall Creature Isle. If the Creature Isle data and saves are gone, the game should load your new Creature. Of course, make sure your original Black & White profile has a loaded save with the Creature you want on it. That's the only idea I have.

A lot of people have widescreen monitors today. I didn't see it anywhere on Kayssplace, so I thought I'd share this tweak for Black and White. http://www.widescreengamingforum.com/wiki/Black_%26_White It's nice playing this old game I love in widescreen now.  :)
