Firstly, congrats on the new computer. :) Failed cyclic redundancy check is usually bad sectors due to scratches. You should try metal polish. It works sometimes. The disc will lose its shine though. If it works, make a backup copy of that disc using Alcohol 120%. The backup copy may not work...

There's only the meteors when you take over the Greek village that can cause a lot of damage to it. Catch as many of the meteors as you can. The first time I played the level, after the meteor attack, I had only two villagers left in the wrecked Greek village. Rebuilding it was the hardest part...

Is this only in CI? Because I've never seen something like that in B&W.

I've tried one sandbox and two skirmishes and I've been nothing but disappointed. :no The landscapes are badly sculpted and unrealistic unlike the original single player and skirmish maps. It doesn't have the natural feel if you create walls from the landscape to keep creatures inside or stupid...

Is it possible to remove a bookmark in a way other than replacing it elsewhere? That's not removing it either is it. Anyone know a way?

Actually he dances very often with the villagers :yes While I'm off stealing Nemesis' villages and he has nothing to do, he either eats, drinks, sits or dances. Or waters the trees. And he also dances with the villagers in enemy villages but that doesn't seem to impress them much. Heh. :)

The ape is actually a very smart creature :yes Whenever my ape sees me doing something like throwing an animal or tree or maybe using food or wood miracle over the village store, he starts to do the same things until he gets hungry or tired. I love my ape. :upside He's not very good at...

How about a plant skin for my ape? With veins and leafs covering its body and yellow glowing eyes :) Plant monster. Though it would suit the turtle better I think... I like the ape best.

I once thought why is this guy kicking a tree :yes I thought he was mad at me for burning the village. But then it dawned on me he's trying to put out the fire. I still laugh when I see people kicking burning things to put out the fire :D

This game hates me. On land 5, every time it has to save (whether it is auto-save or saving in the temple) it would crash without any error message. Sometimes when I saved only after 1 minute of playing it works but keeping that up would be a pain so I restarted the land. Now it saves okay but...
