  1. Modify .map file

    If there are map editors, I haven't been able to find them.  I've tried several from the downloads area here and they only work with the skirmish (.txt) files.

    I've tried modifying some of the .map files in my "Online Maps" folder.  I used notepad to try to add a few things.  The other players in the game have my same edits, but when I try to start the game it crashes.  Any ideas?

    I am trying to use Extreme Growth Map but I've trained my creature to poop on fields and there are no fields on the map.  So I tried to add one, but it won't show up in game.  Here is the line I'm adding to the ExtremeGrowth.txt file: CREATE_NEW_TOWN_FIELD(0, "2606.11,2686.42", 0, 0.000000)...
