Copy the audio folder on your CD into your B&W folder. I had the same problem before. You can also use the audio fixer which is on this site, but that did not bring ALL the music off the cd, (For example event music didn't come with, just the general background music).  But, for now, I'll tell...

They were a grey scale bitmap  :yes . That's why I was confused. However, looking at the other custom tattoos, they have to be a 24 bit bitmap. I changed them to a 24 bit bitmap, and they showed up.

I'm not sure if this was a glitch, but I raised the totem, and paused the game, and somehow raised the other one as well. If it was a fluke... I feel lucky. If it wasn't a fluke, then... well, yay?
