Thanks Kays.  Where do I get this patch?

I bought the Collector's Edition of the game, and it says that it includes the Tiger.  When I started a new game, there was no Tiger in sight.  :shocked  Does it include the unlocker, or do I get this code?  If I have the code somewhere, I have no idea where it is.
