Land 3 Revamped 1

To keep it short, this gives the player the option to skip all handholding in land 3 and to get to playing right away, with new voicelines and such added to give it some more substance. Land 3 is neat, so it's nice to play it without sitting through the tutorials.

Is compatible with the PLUS mod at current, but is incompatible with REDUX.
Thanks to Boxhead for his scripts of land 3 used for Redux, which I used as a base in regards to the tutorial skip option to make this easier to create.
